Eligibility and Age Verification

1.1 The 2agam platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 2agam reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement is not satisfied.

1.2 You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity. Corporate accounts are not permitted on the 2agam platform.

1.3 It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 2agam platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 2agam makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. Access to the platform does not constitute an offer or invitation to use the platform where such use is prohibited by local law.

1.4 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of 2agam and its affiliates, technology providers, and associated operators are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the platform.

• Minimum age: 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• Proof of age: 2agam may request a copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued identification.
• Geographic restrictions: You are responsible for ensuring your jurisdiction permits online gambling before registering.
• Self-exclusion lists: Individuals who have voluntarily placed themselves on a self-exclusion register must not attempt to register or maintain an account.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the 2agam platform. The registration of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. 2agam uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon detection, retaining any balance in line with our anti-fraud procedures.

2.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to promptly update any information that changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any third party to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

2.4 KYC Verification. 2agam operates under an international gaming licence and is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of request may result in suspension of withdrawal rights and, ultimately, account closure.

2.5 Account Closure by You. You may request closure of your 2agam account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding wagering requirements applying to the balance.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Currency

3.1 Currency. All transactions on the 2agam platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is required for accounts funded via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, or 1LINK. 2agam does not charge a currency conversion fee on PKR deposits or withdrawals.

3.2 Deposits. You may fund your 2agam account using any of the supported payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed at the point of transaction. 2agam does not accept deposits made by third parties on your behalf — all funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

3.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. Processing times vary by payment method but 2agam targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within two (2) to five (5) business days. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. 2agam reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering. 2agam operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Accounts that show patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities. 2agam may freeze account balances and withhold withdrawals during an AML investigation.

Betting and Gaming Rules

4.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on the 2agam sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. 2agam reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is suspected to have been placed based on information not available to the general public, or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

4.2 Odds and Markets. All displayed odds are subject to change prior to bet placement. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, the odds at the time of acceptance are binding. In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to odds that are clearly incorrect relative to the true market price — 2agam reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund stakes.

4.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are subject to additional risk of communication delays between the sporting event and the platform. 2agam employs a brief delay mechanism on in-play markets and reserves the right to suspend or cancel in-play markets at any time without notice.

4.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games on the 2agam platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. 2agam is not responsible for game malfunctions caused by the game provider's software; in such cases, the game provider's resolution policy applies.

4.5 Maximum Win Limits. Certain games and markets may be subject to maximum payout limits as specified in the relevant game or market rules. 2agam reserves the right to apply maximum win limits and will not be liable for any amount in excess of the stated limit, irrespective of the theoretical winnings generated.

• In the event of a match being abandoned or suspended, specific settlement rules apply per sport — refer to the relevant rules page on the platform.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification and may be paid in instalments at 2agam's discretion.
• Bingo games are governed by the rules displayed within each Bingo Adventure room.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms. From time to time, 2agam may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional credits to eligible account holders. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for each promotion are stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed with bonus funds on excluded games or markets will not count towards wagering requirements.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is limited to one claim per eligible account, household, IP address, and payment method. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods will be treated as bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 2agam monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to complete wagering requirements, and collusion with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, 2agam reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

5.5 Modification and Cancellation. 2agam reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. 2agam shall not be liable to you for any loss or inconvenience arising from the modification or cancellation of a promotion.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

6.1 2agam is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help you manage your gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account dashboard at any time.

6.2 If you wish to self-exclude from the 2agam platform, you may do so by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, prevent you from logging in or depositing for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion is available for minimum periods of six (6) months and may be set for longer durations up to permanent exclusion.

6.3 2agam reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account at its sole discretion, including where account activity suggests problem gambling behaviour, without being required to obtain your prior consent. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2agam platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or creating an account on behalf of another individual.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder proceeds of crime or to conduct any transaction in violation of applicable AML laws.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game or gain an unfair advantage.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals. Any balance derived from a reversed deposit will be deducted and the account suspended.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or at any time.
• Minors: Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account.

Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 2agam platform, including but not limited to the 2agam brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio-visual content, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of 2agam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 2agam.

8.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to 2agam regarding the platform become the property of 2agam upon submission and may be used by 2agam without compensation or attribution to you.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

9.1 The 2agam platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2agam disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9.2 2agam does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform entirely at your own risk.

9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2agam's total liability to you in connection with these Terms, or your use of the platform, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9.4 In no event shall 2agam be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if 2agam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 2agam reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, unverified identity, regulatory requirements, or at 2agam's sole business discretion.

10.2 Upon account closure by 2agam for cause, any real-money balance net of pending investigations may be returned to you, minus any amounts determined to have been obtained through breach of these Terms. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.

10.3 Where account closure is not for cause — for example, where 2agam decides to withdraw from a market or discontinue a service — any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your nominated withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2agam holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform shall first be referred to 2agam's customer support team for informal resolution.

11.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised with the support team, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution process specified by the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction 2agam operates.

11.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

Amendments and Contact

12.1 Amendments. 2agam reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2agam and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
